The outcome is always beautiful on the other side of the identity shift, you just have to get through the beginning (feeling disoriented and off-kilter) and the middle (solitude and pruning).

Matthew 5:13-14 NIV | “You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot. You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden.”

The saying rings true time and time again, that when the student is ready the teacher will appear. Once the teacher appears in your life then you are presented with a choice to confront what is rising up within you or to run from it.

We straddle the fence about things we desire or are deeply passionate about; which causes us to waver in how we show up. I assume the belief that major things we are called/purposed to do in life will require us to embody “all-in energy” in order to fully bring them to fruition beyond being just an idea or desire.

Beyond being intentional about the environments that you put yourself in, is the importance of being prudent about going where you will be enriched. Enrichment is essential to your self-development, fulfillment, and overall need for sustenance.
