Joy Zone: Personal

A Joy Zone is a coaching zone a client can choose from to focus on one area to joyfully transform. The Personal zone is where we dive deeper into the current state of your internal self-perception to then work through coaching methods to increase your overall personal well-being. How often do you put intentional time aside to reflect and refocus? In terms of how you perceive, love, believe in, and take care of yourself. Perhaps not as often as you should and that is why this zone is vital. You deserve to actively pursue the greatest version of yourself and to witness how beautifully you evolve when you have dedicated time to do so on a continual basis. Not all things are “one and done”, some things require perpetual cultivation.

Application: Perform a candid self-assessment to determine the current state of your internal self-perception by reflecting on these 4 prompts.

Prompt 1:

On a scale of 1-5 (5 being I love myself unconditionally) rate where your current level of self-love stands and explore the why behind the rating.

Prompt 2:

How often do you express self-love through your words and actions? Further, list the ways you express it.

Prompt 3:

Who or what is negatively impacting your self-perception?

Prompt 4:

What are 2-4 small steps you will implement today to improve the relationship with yourself?

Joy Gem: You are encouraged to write down what first comes to mind and to trust what comes up, that is the deeper part of you bringing things into your awareness. When you are ready, take the joy leap and start your coaching journey with me. Take the first step towards more joy today!
